HP came to CES 2026 with a packed lineup of new laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks, alongside a major shake-up of its gaming strategy. The company announced refreshed OmniBook laptops, new all-in-one desktops, updated Chromebooks, and an expanded EliteBook business portfolio.
One of the biggest announcements is HP’s decision to bring
all of its gaming products under one master brand — HyperX. The move is
designed to simplify HP’s gaming ecosystem and create a more consistent experience
across gaming PCs and accessories.
HP also revealed that all new consumer PCs will ship with HP
Omni+, a cross-platform password manager, and HP TV+, a built-in hub that
offers free streaming content.
HP OmniBook Ultra 14: Flagship Laptop Goes AI-First
The HP OmniBook Ultra 14 is HP’s new flagship consumer
laptop and leans heavily into AI. Buyers will be able to choose between
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X2 Elite or next-gen Intel Core Ultra processors.
It features a 14-inch OLED display with up to 3K resolution,
making it ideal for both work and content consumption. HP says the laptop is
built to handle on-device and cloud-based AI workloads and even includes
posture-detection features to help users maintain better ergonomics during long
sessions.
HP OmniStudio X 27: A Powerful All-in-One Desktop
The OmniStudio X 27 is HP’s latest all-in-one PC, built
around a 27-inch Neo:LED display with 100 percent colour coverage. Under the
hood, it packs a next-generation Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, with optional
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 graphics for users who need extra GPU power.
One standout feature is Thunderbolt Share, which lets users
directly connect a laptop to the AIO for fast file transfers and shared
peripherals. HP has also added a tilting camera, making it easier to share
documents or desk views during video calls.
HP Refreshes the Entire OmniBook Series
Beyond the flagship model, HP is rolling out updates across
its entire OmniBook lineup, including:
OmniBook X
OmniBook 7
OmniBook 5
