TECNO is gearing up to introduce the Spark Go 3 in India on January 16, 2026, at 12 PM IST, targeting users who want a dependable smartphone without stretching their budget. Carrying the punchy slogan “Desh Jaisa Damdar,” the upcoming device highlights strength, practicality, and value, and will be sold via leading online platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Built to Handle Everyday Wear and Tear
Positioned as the next step after the Spark Go 2, the Spark
Go 3 places a strong emphasis on durability—an area often overlooked in the
entry-level segment. The phone comes with IP64-rated protection, offering
resistance against dust and water splashes, and has reportedly been drop-tested
from heights of up to 1.2 metres, making it suitable for rough daily use.
Display and Performance
The smartphone is expected to sport a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD
display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a rare inclusion at this price point.
Powering the device is likely the Unisoc T7250 (UMS9230E) processor, paired
with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB storage, aimed at delivering smooth performance
for routine tasks, streaming, and social media.
Battery, Cameras and Software
Fueling the Spark Go 3 is a 5,000mAh battery, supported by
10W to 15W charging through a USB Type-C port. On the imaging front, TECNO has
teased a pill-shaped rear camera module, expected to house a 13MP primary
sensor, while selfies and video calls may be handled by an 8MP front camera.
The phone is tipped to run HiOS 15 based on Android 15,
bringing the latest software experience to the budget category.
Standout Feature
One of the most talked-about aspects is a reported offline
calling feature, which could allow users to communicate within a 1.5km radius
even without a mobile network—a potentially game-changing addition for rural or
low-signal areas.
Expected Pricing
With an anticipated price below ₹10,000, the TECNO Spark Go
3 aims to be a strong contender in India’s affordable 4G smartphone market in
2026, offering a mix of toughness, modern features, and aggressive pricing.
