Consistent Infosystems, a rapidly expanding Indian brand in the fields of IT hardware, consumer electronics, and security solutions, recently hosted a vibrant Grand Sports Day on December 28, 2025, underscoring its focus on employee well-being, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
The day-long event witnessed the energetic participation of
over 100 employees, with colleagues from multiple departments coming together
to celebrate sportsmanship and unity. Designed to be inclusive and engaging,
the event featured a men’s cricket tournament alongside a women’s badminton
competition, creating a lively and competitive atmosphere.
The cricket league saw four departmental teams—RMA,
Logistics, Sales, and Accounts—battle it out in a series of closely contested
matches. After an exciting tournament, Team RMA, led by Mr. Satish Singh,
emerged victorious, while Team Logistics, captained by Mr. Sonu Singh, secured
the second position.
Meanwhile, the badminton tournament showcased impressive
talent and determination, with eight teams participating. Baby Kaur and Ankita
Moriya clinched the championship title, while Taruna Dhawan and Tannu finished
as runners-up following a gripping final encounter.
Beyond competition, the Sports Day played a vital role in
encouraging inter-departmental interaction, reinforcing a healthy work-life
balance, and reflecting Consistent Infosystems’ strong commitment to a people-centric
workplace culture.
Sharing his thoughts on the initiative, Yogesh Agrawal, CMD
